Managing Companies
What Are Companies?
Companies let you group members who belong to the same organisation and issue invoices to the company rather than the individual.
Creating a Company
- Go to Operations → Companies
- Click Create company
- Fill in:
- Name — company name
- Tax ID — VAT or registration number (if applicable)
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- Zipcode
- Country
- Owner — select from the dropdown
- Save
Assigning Members to a Company
Members join a company using a Company PIN.
- Go to Company in the member portal
- Click Assign
- Enter the Company PIN
- Confirm
The company owner can review and unassign members if needed.
How Company Billing Works
When booking, selecting Book as company issues the invoice to the company instead of the individual.
Company details (name, address, Tax ID) appear on the invoice.
Viewing a Company's Invoices
Open a company from Operations → Companies and go to the Invoices tab to see all related invoices.
Common Questions
Can a company have multiple members?
Yes — multiple members can be assigned to the same company.
Does a member have to book as a company every time?
No — this is selected at checkout.
Can I see all members in a company?
Yes — open the company and check the Members section.
