How to Book a Space

Step-by-step guide to booking a desk, meeting room, or other space through the member portal.

How to Book a Space

Before You Book

Make sure you have:

  • A verified member account (see Creating Your Account)
  • A payment method ready (card, or whichever method your workspace accepts)

Booking a Space

  1. Log in to your member portal
  2. Go to Spaces or Book a Space
  3. Browse available spaces — desks, meeting rooms, offices, or day passes
  4. Click the space you want
  5. Select your date and time
  6. Review the price
  7. Enter a discount code if you have one
  8. Choose your payment method
  9. Confirm the booking

You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Booking as a Company

If the invoice should go to your company:

  1. Make sure your company is saved in My Profile
  2. At checkout, select Book as company

Your company name and details will appear on the invoice.

What Happens After Booking

Confirmed immediately — your booking is active. Access (if Kisi is used) is granted automatically.

Pending approval — some spaces require operator confirmation first. You'll receive an email when it's confirmed or declined.

Cancelling a Booking

  1. Go to My Activity
  2. Find the booking
  3. Click Cancel and confirm

Whether you receive a refund depends on the workspace's cancellation policy and how far in advance you cancel.


Common Questions

The space I want isn't available. What can I do? Try a different date or time, or contact your workspace — they may be able to arrange an alternative.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. Check your spam folder. Your confirmed bookings are also visible in My Activity.

Can I modify a booking after confirming? Modifications need to be done by the operator. Contact your workspace team and they'll update it for you.
