Where to Find Your Profile

Log in to the member portal and click My Profile in the navigation.

What You Can Update

  • Name — your display name shown on bookings and invoices
  • Phone number — your contact number

Why It Matters

Keeping your details up to date ensures:

  • Invoices are addressed correctly
  • Your workspace can contact you if needed

Linking to a Company

If your bookings should be invoiced to a company, this is managed via the Company section in the member portal navigation (not inside My Profile).

  1. Go to Company in the sidebar
  2. Select your company from the list (your workspace operator must have created the company record first)
  3. Save

At checkout, choose Book as company to have the invoice issued to the company.


Common Questions

Can I change my email address from My Profile? No — email changes need to be made by your workspace operator. Contact them to request a change.

My company isn't in the list. What do I do? Contact your workspace operator — they need to create the company record in the admin panel first.

Will updating my profile change any existing invoices? No — existing invoices won't be updated. Updated details apply to future bookings only.

Can I add a profile photo? Profile photo upload is not currently available in the member portal.
